People are willingly, caring, and have a capacity within themselves to want to give that is heroic. Most importantly, everyone you meet has gone through or is going through an immense personal struggle and is so deserving of respect and appreciation because of what they’re withstanding. One of the most important element of the workplace is the the people and you should try and find the spark to connect with those around you.
