HOW IT WORKS:

Our Ongoing Consulting T.A.P. Packages leverage the full range of our comprehensive services which consists of: our Inclusion Risk Assessment, Leadership Coaching, Thought Leadership, and our strategic workshops. During each of our prescribed consulting packages, we work with a combination of leaders, middle management, companies, and select groups. We offer 3 prescribed packages: Standard, Deluxe, and Premium. Based upon the package that is most suited to you, we are able to provide a package which consists of Training, Workshops, and Thought Leadership that are either:
– All virtual
– A virtual & on-site
– All on-site

THE T.A.P. METHODOLOGY:

Our three-phase approach allows us to assess, diagnose, and repair or remediate deficiencies within the existing- corporate landscape to allow corporations to meet goals and achieve optimal retention of talent and multicultural, multi-generational collaboration. T.A.P. includes 3 processes:

Phase 1: TALENT

Help companies assess what’s working and not working when it comes to maximizing their talent and creating an optimal team

(Duration: 2-4 months)

Phase 2: ACQUISITION

Work with teams to achieve the outcomes to help them achieve and rectify the things that were determined from the assessment, while also leveraging things we identified in the assessment

(Duration: 4-6 months)

Phase 3: NEGOTIATION

Help to fully integrate these practices so that all employees and leaders can create a place where all of the below can happen
