An “Appreciative Inquiry” is an opportunity for the staff members at your company and/or your team to meet to focus on something positive. Research says that taking time out to focus on positive things, and the things that are working, helps create a meaningful work environment. In all areas of life, it is true that focusing on positive things helps people extend those positive areas of their life, while they also get better at some of their flaws.
While we know this method works, many organizations or teams don’t take advantage of this knowledge.
