  — Alcohol and team members in leadership positions, who play key roles in employees’ career trajectory do not mix.

  — HR should send out clear expectations on appropriate behavior expected as well as protocols for reporting any incidents of harassment and/or assault immediately

  — HR and Senior Management should follow up appropriately with every reported incident

  — Refrain from implicit and explicit comments about each team members physical appearance

  –Educate all of your employees on their right to acknowledge incidents that they felt were disrespectful, degrading, and/or disempowering
